Problema com formulário de postagens

Qual é sua questão:
Como podem ver a print, quando ativei o Formulário, quando faço "Novo Tópico" a parte de preencher fica bugada será possível resolverem ?

Você deve modificar o valor do fórum ao qual será postado. No vídeo tutorial indica o local que deve se modificar no código para que o formulário funcione normalmente. Poderia me fornecer o código modificado pelo senho para o sub-fórum ao que o formulário vai funcionar?

Altero o "f" para que ? e o "67" para que ?

67 é o número do fórum onde o formulário vai postar os dados digitados. Estranho, no vídeo tutorial explica isso...
